Assistant Coach - Sprints
Elias began his involvement with STL as a very talented high school sprinter. He continued to develop and excel by homing in on his skill through his athlete/coach relationship with Harry.
Elias continued to Western University where he competed for the Mustangs while he received his BA in Kinesiology and attended Althouse College for his teaching degree. During his time at Western, he had the opportunity to compete at the National University Championships and was a member of the 2012 Men's National Championship team.
Elias is a teacher with the LCDSB and has been using his track & field knowledge to coach the students at his school during the high school season. He continues to work with Harry, now through a coaching relationship, by assisting Harry with working with club athletes at all levels whenever he is called into action.
It is always great to have Elias at practices and meets, and we thank “Eli” for always being just a phone call away.
